The Tribal Council shall enact an ordinance establishing procedures for processing enrollment applications, including procedures for applications, acceptable evidence, loss or relinquishment of membership, and the right to appeal membership determinations to the tribal court. Loss of membership shall be limited to failure to meet the requirements set forth in this constitution for membership.
