When a Court is established by the Tribal Council, the Tribal Council shall establish qualifications for the position of judge and for other judicial positions as necessary and appropriate. The Tribal Council shall provide protections in the establishment of any court that will ensure the impartiality, objectivity and integrity of the court process, including appropriate standards for the removal, termination or suspension of judges.
