(1) If there are two or more inconsistent copies of an ordinance or other governing document, the document with the more recent date of amendment must be presumed to be controlling.

(2) The use of the format and organization required by this title will not, in and of itself, have any legal effect, and may not be construed to influence in any way the force and effect of Samish Tribal ordinances and governing documents.

(3) Use of the title of office, employee, department, board, committee, or commission means that officer, employee, department, board, committee, or commission of the Tribe. [Res. 2019-12-033 § 8, 2019.]
