(1) A Samish citizen may request an application for enrollment in PRC Services from Samish PRC.

(2) When the application is fully completed and returned, Samish PRC will review to determine if the applicant is eligible per STC 10.20.060.

(3) Samish PRC must inform the applicant in writing by certified mail of acceptance or denial as soon as possible after the application has been reviewed.

(4) Samish PRC should make a decision on application within 72 hours of the receipt of the application. [Res. 2020-10-013 § 2, 2020.]
