(1) In addition to maintaining eligibility and application requirements, students/applicants must maintain an active status with the Samish Education Program.

(2) Students will be designated “inactive” if they have not communicated with the program for two consecutive terms (including summer even if the student did not enroll for summer term) or not responded to two consecutive requests for information from the program.

(3) Requests from the program with date deadlines must be returned with required materials by the date specified. The student may negotiate a new specific date deadline up to two times, no more than three weeks in total length from initial deadline. Students are responsible for tracking deadlines. Students will be designated inactive three weeks after the initial deadline for failure to comply with deadlines as long as there is a current waitlist for funding.

(4) Inactive students who wish to renew/return will be required to complete new applications and be prioritized as such and subject to current funding availability, negating any previous funding agreements. [Res. 2021-12-032 § 1, 2021; Res. 2021-03-014, 2021.]
