11.70.020 Eligibility Requirements.

An applicant must meet all of the following requirements in order to be considered for supplemental education assistance through the Samish Indian Nation Supplemental Education Assistance Program:
(1) Must be a Samish citizen.
(2) Must be enrolled in a K – 12 school or equivalent and/or pursuing the completion of a HS diploma, GED or K – 12 completion equivalent in the United States or Canada.
(3) K – 12 students applying for tutoring assistance must demonstrate need for additional help to achieve grade level expectations. [Res. 2021-12-032 § 1, 2021.]
