(1) Award Notification. Applicants will be notified of their award eligibility and amount by email unless otherwise arranged by applicant in agreement with staff.

(2) Disbursal of Award. Administrative processing time of at least three weeks may be required after receipt of award notification. Service providers must provide proper tax/accounting information prior to disbursal of awards.
