(1) All households will go through our intake process to determine initial eligibility for services.

(2) At least one member of the household must be an enrolled Samish tribal citizen.

(3) Services under this program are limited to eligible tribal households in the four-county service area – Island, San Juan, Skagit, and Whatcom.

(4) For purposes of this program, a household is one or more individuals seeking to obtain or maintain housing together. [Res. 2020-03-019 § 1, 2020.]
