The purpose of this chapter is to provide for Tribal Council procedures to implement the legislative and executive authority granted to the Tribal Council pursuant to Article IV, Section 3 of the Samish Tribal Constitution, adopted by the Samish Tribal Council on August 10, 1974, and adopted and ratified by the Samish General Council on June 29, 1975; and amended by the Samish Tribal Council and adopted and ratified by the Samish General Council on March 2, 2004.
