The following order of business shall be observed at each meeting of the Tribal Council:
(1) Call to order by the Chairman and invocation.
(2) Roll call by Secretary.
(3) Approval or amendment and approval of agenda.
(4) Approval and correction of minutes of prior Tribal Council meeting.
(5) Business matters.
