(1) The Chairman shall prepare the agenda for the regular Council meeting. The agenda shall identify as clearly as possible the specific matters that are to be considered by the Council. The agenda shall be provided to Tribal Council members not less than seven days prior to any regularly scheduled meeting. Agenda items may be added as agreed upon prior to or during the regular Tribal Council meeting.

(2) The agenda for a special Tribal Council meeting shall be provided at the same time such meeting is announced. The agenda for a special meeting may not be changed except by agreement of all members of the Tribal Council. [Res. 2021-05-011, 2021.]
