“Budget Committee” means the Nation’s standing committee that works with the Tribal Council Treasurer on budgets for Tribal programs, committees and entities.

“Supervisor” means those that are charged with one or more of the following duties, except General Manager, Controller, and Human Resources Director positions:

“Tyee funds” means funds generated by the Nation that are not grant or government funded and are discretionary funds that may be appropriated by the Tribal Council. Tyee funds, discretionary funds, and hard dollars are considered synonymous under this policy. [Res. 2021-02-015 § 2 (Att. 1), 2021.]
