(1) All award documents received must be submitted to the Controller upon receipt.

(2) Upon receipt of the award document, it is reviewed by the Controller and forwarded to the Supervisor for review.

(3) Upon approval of the award document by the program it is then forwarded to the General Manager or Tribal Administrator for review.

(4) Upon approval of the award document by the General Manager, it is then forwarded to the Samish Tribal Chairman, or designee, for signature. Upon signature, the original document is returned to the Supervisor, who will make a copy of the award and mail the original with signature to the agency. [Res. 2021-02-015 § 2 (Att. 1), 2021.]
