(1) The grant or contract award document is reviewed by the General Manager or Tribal Administrator and the Supervisor to determine the reporting interval and format.

(2) The General Manager or Tribal Administrator will notify the Controller of the reporting requirements.

(3) The Controller continuously monitors the program. The Controller must receive copies of all reports filed by the Supervisor with the funding agency, and reviews said reports to ensure compliance with program requirements.

(4) The General Manager or Tribal Administrator and Controller will always remain available to provide technical support and assistance to the Supervisor as needed or requested. [Res. 2021-02-015 § 2 (Att. 1), 2021.]
