(1) The Nation receives reimbursement for allowable indirect costs at a rate determined in accordance with applicable Federal regulations, including 2 CFR Part 200, Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal Governments. The Nation’s indirect rate is negotiated annually with the oversight agency. The oversight agency is generally determined to be the Federal agency that provides the largest amount of direct funding to the Samish Indian Nation. The indirect rate will be applied to all grants and contracts and eligible Tyee costs for the costs recovered by the grant or contract or Tyee funds.

(2) Allowable indirect costs are established by 2 CFR Part 200, Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal Governments.
