(1) Samish strongly encourages all employees to receive their paycheck deposits electronically (ACH). Human Resources will assist employees in setting up paycheck deposits via ACH.

(2) In the event that an employee loses an actual payroll check and requests a replacement check, the employee will be responsible for paying the stop payment fee required by the Nation’s bank. This fee will be deducted from the replacement check at current stop payment rate charged by the bank. [Res. 2021-02-015 § 2 (Att. 1), 2021.]
