(1) Other than garnishments all employee payroll deductions must be supported by an authorized PAN.

(2) If debt is owed to the Nation for any reason during employment, the employee will be required to execute a payback agreement with the Nation and initiate a payroll deduction to pay the debt to the Nation.

(3) Upon separation from employment, any debt owed by the employee to the Samish Indian Nation will be deducted in full from the employee’s final paycheck. [Res. 2021-02-015 § 2 (Att. 1), 2021.]
