The Senior Human Resources Officer, in consultation with the Chief Executive Team, has primary responsibility of initiating and compiling comments to be used in the revising and updating of this chapter, although the Tribal Council may choose to address the subject directly. The Senior Human Resources Officer will submit proposed changes to this chapter to the Tribal Council.
