(1) Each applicant will be screened to determine if the individual meets the minimum position requirements. Only applicants who meet the minimum position requirements will be considered for the position. The Senior Human Resources Officer and appropriate supervisor will screen applications to determine if applicants meet the minimum requirements for the position. Once the screening is completed, the Senior Human Resources Officer will create a list of applicants who meet the minimum requirements for the position. Tribal members who meet the minimum requirements for a position will be interviewed.

(2) The Senior Human Resources Officer and appropriate supervisor or manager will review the list of applicants and determine the applicants who will be interviewed for the position. The Senior Human Resources Officer will coordinate the interview date(s), work with the supervisor to develop interview questions, and contact the persons to be interviewed.
