(1) Reference Checks. The Senior Human Resources Officer shall conduct the reference checks on applicants selected for an interview and provide the results of the inquiry on each applicant to the Interview Committee prior to the interview.

(2) Scheduling Interviews. The Senior Human Resources Officer is responsible for scheduling interviews. Scheduling of interviews may be delegated to other staff in the Human Resources Department at the discretion of the Senior Human Resources Officer.

(3) Interview Questions. The Senior Human Resources Officer and the Department Manager who supervises the position being hired will develop questions and tests, if any, to be used in the interview for the position. [Res. 2022-10-016 § 1, 2022. Formerly 5-03-012.]
