The Tribal Office will be closed or have delayed opening due to travel hazards from adverse weather or other emergency conditions. Employees will receive administrative leave for weather or emergency related office closures; provided in instances in which a state of emergency by the Tribal, Federal or State government has been declared, employees will be paid for those days covered by the state of emergency. For adverse weather conditions, Tribal Office closures will follow local school closures; in the event that an adverse condition arises while school is not in session, the Chief Executive Team has the discretion to close the offices based on his or her determination that conditions present an unreasonable risk to the safety of Tribal employees.
