(1) All new and transferred employees will be evaluated at the end of their trial employment period.

(2) All regular employees will be evaluated annually on their anniversary of date of hire.

(3) If an employee is transferred to a new position within Tribal Administration, their date of hire for purposes of evaluation will be the day they began their new position.

(4) Head Start employees that work the nine-month school year will be evaluated in May of each year.

(5) All trial employees receive a six-month probationary evaluation to determine whether they have successfully completed their trial employment period. [Res. 2022-10-016 § 1, 2022.]
