The Tribe recognizes that there are members of its workforce that may struggle with alcohol or drug dependency issues. In support of its employees, the Tribe maintains an Employee Assistance Program to provide the opportunity for confidential counseling and referral for personal problems that may affect job performance, including alcohol or drug dependency.
