(1) All Tribal employees are responsible to avoid, prevent, and report violations of the Productive Workplace Policy, whether on their own or another’s behalf. Managers and supervisors have a heightened responsibility to act promptly to eliminate any Productive Workplace Policy violation. If a manager or supervisor knows that any Productive Workplace Policy violation is occurring, or receives information that any Productive Workplace Policy violation might be occurring, he or she must take immediate action to address the problem. Such action should include common sense action to halt any current activity, assess the parties’ personal safety, and file a written incident report for submission to the Senior Human Resources Officer.

(2) The Senior Human Resources Officer has the primary responsibility for implementing this policy. In particular, Productive Workplace Policy violation shall be reported to the Senior Human Resources Officer, who will investigate and respond to inquiries and complaints from management and employees regarding Productive Workplace Policy violations; maintain records of Productive Workplace Policy violation including the inquiries and complaints, as well as their resolution, and report to the appropriate Chief Executive Team member and Tribal Council.
