All employees who voluntarily leave employment with the Tribe shall have an exit interview with the Senior Human Resources Officer. The interview shall cover the reasons for leaving Tribal employment; status of work assignments; and return of Tribal property. The Senior Human Resources Officer shall document as accurately as possible the exit interview and review the information with the employee’s supervisor and the appropriate department manager.
