The physical safety of all those present on Samish Tribal lands, including Tribal employees, is critically important to the security of the Samish Indian Nation. This No-Contact Order Policy is used by the Samish Indian Nation to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the Nation, its citizens and employees and to provide for the orderly administration of its programs by protecting Tribal employees and others present on all Tribal properties from threats, intimidation, harassment and violence, including by individuals receiving Tribal services.
