(1) Forms of contact prohibited while a no-contact order is in effect include but are not limited to:

(a) In-person contact;

(b) Stalking;

(c) Cyberstalking;

(d) Phone calls;

(e) Written contact;

(f) Email;

(g) Text messaging; and

(h) Social media sources.

(2) A respondent who engages in any contact with a covered person while a no-contact order is in effect may incur penalties under this policy and other provisions of Samish Tribal law. [Res. 2021-12-030 § 5, 2021.]
