(1) The Director shall cause the inspection of all development activity upon completion and may require inspection during the development activity at their discretion.

(2) In the event that the applicant has their development activity inspected independently, the Director’s inspections will prevail as the controlling authority on the compliance of the development activity. [Res. 2023-09-004 § 1, 2023.]
