(1) “Business license” means a license to conduct business activities within Samish Indian Country pursuant to this chapter.

(2) “Finance Department” means and refers to the Finance Department of the Samish Indian Nation.

(3) “Ownership of a business” means having at least a 51 percent ownership interest and being actively involved in management and operation of the business. [Res. 2020-04-005 § 2, 2020.]
