(1) The companies organized and created under this chapter shall be subject to this chapter and all other laws of the Tribe. By organizing and creating a company under this chapter, the company and its owners shall be considered to have entered into a consensual relationship with the Tribe and agree to be subject to the full extent of the Tribe’s legislative, regulatory and adjudicatory jurisdiction.

(2) The provisions of this chapter shall be administered by the Tribe’s Finance Department in conjunction with the Legal Department and such departments may delegate duties related to these provisions as necessary. [Res. 2023-10-019 § 1, 2023.]
