6.30.460 Conditions Requiring Amendment of Articles of Organization.

A limited liability company shall amend its articles of organization if any of the following occur:
(1) A change in the name of the limited liability company.
(2) A change in the purposes of the limited liability company.
(3) A change to or from the management of the limited liability company by managers.
(4) A change in the maximum duration of the limited liability company.
(5) A statement in the articles of organization has become false or erroneous, except that a change in registered office or registered agent may be made as provided for in this chapter. [Res. 2023-10-019 § 1, 2023.]
