Unless otherwise provided in the operating agreement, upon receipt of the notice required by STC 6.30.530(4), an owner who did not vote in favor of the merger may, within 20 days after the date of the notice, voluntarily dissociate from the limited liability company under STC 6.30.480(3) and receive fair value for the owner’s limited liability interest.
