1.20.120 Use of Tribal Seal.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The tribal seal shall only be used by the Tribal Government of the Samish Indian Nation:
(a) On tribal letterhead and official documents;
(b) On the flag of the Samish Indian Nation; and
(c) On publications of the Samish Indian Nation.
(2) Any other use of the tribal seal shall be approved by the Samish Tribal Council by Tribal Council resolution. [Res. 2020-04-009 § 2, 2020.]
