(1) The tribal logo may be used by the Tribal Council, Tribal Administration, tribal programs, tribal committees, tribal enterprises, and tribal employees acting during the course and scope of their employment with the Tribe on materials, projects, objects, and documents endorsing the Tribe, tribal programs, events, and projects.

(2) The tribal logo may also be used on articles of clothing or bags or other such objects that are given as gifts, prizes or promotional materials by the Tribal Council, Tribal Administration, tribal programs, tribal committees and tribal employees acting during the course and scope of their employment with the Tribe or sold in a tribally owned or tribally approved gift shop.
