(1) After declaration of an emergency that affects Samish citizens per STC 1.90.080, Tribal Council may by resolution direct the distribution of emergency or relief supplies or funds to Samish citizens.

(2) Tribal Council may by resolution prescribe the amounts, frequency, manner, and qualifications for distribution.

(3) Such distributions are deemed necessary for the general welfare of Samish citizens and will be implemented as a general welfare benefit by the Samish Indian Nation. [Res. 2020-05-016, 2020.]
