(1) Samish PRC will purchase hearing aids, once every five years, for those Samish citizens with acute hearing problems based on hearing tests performed by a certified audiologist.

(2) PRC enrollees will be eligible for hearing aids based on the annual individual funding rate as set by the Tribal Council. Lost or broken hearing aids and cleaning will only be covered before the five-year cycle elapses to the extent that there are funds remaining in the PRC enrollee’s five-year limit.
