10.20.240 Vision.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The dollar value of vision coverage per person is determined annually by Tribal Council.
(2) Vision coverage includes:
(a) Vision exams;
(b) Corrective prescription lenses;
(c) Corrective prescription contacts;
(d) Eyeglass frames for corrective prescription lenses.
(3) Lasik Eye Surgery. A Samish citizen may utilize two years’ worth of annual vision benefits at the time of service to assist in funding Lasik eye surgery. [Res. 2020-10-013 § 2, 2020.]
