From time to time and as needed, the Tribal Council may appoint ad hoc committees and workgroups to provide advice and assistance in specific areas of expertise. Ad hoc committees and workgroups may be formed by resolution at any time by the Tribal Council. Such resolution shall set forth the purpose and task of the ad hoc committee or workgroup and to what extent it is subject to the provisions of this chapter. Ad hoc committees and workgroups are temporary in nature and shall be dissolved upon completion of the task(s) assigned. [Res. 2023-10-012 § 2.403, 2023.]
