Standing committee chairs shall have the authority to form subcommittees from the membership of the standing committee to perform specific, time limited functions.

Each subcommittee shall have no more than five official members, not including ex officio members, employees, or outside consultants/participants. Additionally, each subcommittee shall maintain and provide reports as outlined in STC 2.40.110, and where staff members are assigned responsibility for a committee, the staff person may facilitate reporting to Tribal Council on behalf of the committee.
