Nothing in this chapter waives the sovereign immunity of the Samish Indian Nation or of its Tribal Council members, tribal officers, managers, employees, consultants, or agents. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this chapter is found by the Tribe or a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such judgment or decree shall not affect, impair, invalidate or nullify the remainder of this chapter, but the effect thereof will be confined to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this chapter as adjudged or decreed to be invalid or unconstitutional.
