If the Legal or Finance Department refuses to promptly file a document submitted for filing under this chapter, a submitter may inquire to the Legal or Finance Department. Within 10 days after receipt of the inquiry, the Legal or Finance Department shall give to that person written notice of the refusal to file that states the reason(s) for the refusal to file the document. If the document was originally submitted by electronic transmission, the Finance or Legal Department may give the written notice by electronic transmission. [Res. 2023-10-019 § 1, 2023.]
