1.90.100 Emergency Planning and Management Team.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The Samish Emergency Planning and Management Team is hereby established.
(2) The membership of the team includes:
(a) The Senior Management Team;
(b) The CEO of Samcor or designee;
(c) The Planning Director;
(d) Any other staff designated for emergency planning.
(3) The team is authorized to adopt and revise the Emergency Operations Plan described in STC 1.90.120. [Res. 2020-05-005, 2020.]
