1.90.120 Emergency Operations Plan.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) The team established in STC 1.90.100 must draft, adopt, and maintain an Emergency Operations Plan, consistent with NIMS and ICS.
(2) Upon publication of the Emergency Operations Plan, or an update to the Emergency Operations Plan, the plan must be provided to Tribal Council for review.
(3) The Emergency Operations Plan is applicable to the Tribal Government and all tribal enterprises, including Samcor enterprises. The Emergency Operations Plan is applicable throughout Samish Indian Country. [Res. 2020-05-005, 2020.]
