Nothing in this title waives the sovereign immunity of the Samish Indian Nation or of its Tribal Council members, tribal officers, managers, employees, consultants, or agents. If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section, or part of this title is found by the Tribe or a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unconstitutional, such judgment or decree shall not affect, impair, invalidate or nullify the remainder of this title, but the effect thereof will be confined to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this title as adjudged or decreed to be invalid or unconstitutional.
