(1) A standing committee shall be responsible for performing the express work delegated to it by the Tribal Council. The Tribal Council directs the scope of work for all committees.

(2) Standing committees may be asked to review ordinances and Tribal policies in order to provide recommendations to the Tribal Council for review and decision.

(3) Committees do not supervise or direct the work of the General Manager or Tribal staff.

(4) Tribal Council shall assign work to standing committees or ad hoc committee by resolution. [Res. 2023-10-012 § 2.407, 2023.]
