In any case where this chapter is in conflict with any other specific ordinance relating to committee activities, the provision in the other ordinance shall control. Nothing in this chapter is intended to revoke or modify any existing provision of Tribal law and any issue related thereto shall be resolved so that a provision of Tribal law is upheld.
