Standing committee members shall be reimbursed for all out-of-pocket travel expenses associated with committee meetings, and approved or assigned committee work, pursuant to the Tribe’s Travel Policy. Payment under this section shall be made only from program grant or contract funds and shall be subject to the availability of such funds.
